Fadi A. Ghazale is the Founder and the CEO of Titan Minerals. He has vast expertise in Nigeria and the African continent. Having resided in Nigeria for the last 18 years and managed a wide portfolio of exploration projects, he has invaluable in-country experiences and relationships, with distinctive skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, compliance, finance and management. He holds an MBA in Business in Emerging Markets from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Business Administration from Notre Dame University.

In his early days in Nigeria, he realized the untouched potential of Nigeria’s mineral sector, identified the factors holding the sector back, such as the shortage of high geo-scientific knowledge and lack of funds, then he singlehandedly set about assembling a team of global experts, which when coupled with his extensive Nigerian experience, intimate knowledge of the political environment, and the vast logistical and remote operational capacity of the company, has transformed Titan Minerals into the pre-eminent mineral exploration company in Nigeria.

Dr.Warwick Crowe is a structural geologist with over thirty years’ experience in structural analyses and exploration across diverse territories and tectonic settings around the world.

He is currently based in Nigeria and has a deep understanding of Nigerian geology, tectonics and the associated mineral systems gained from work over the last 20 years in exploration and regional mapping projects. His Nigerian experience involved work from prospect to province scales beginning in 2004 undertaking projects including regional litho-structural mapping, exploration projects for gold, lithium, tin, base metals, rare earth elements, iron and coal including drilling and resource development projects for gold, iron, zinc and rare earth elements. He was also responsible for overseeing the technical delivery for the NIMEP gold/PGE project and the production of National 1:2m scale Litho-Structural and Metallogenic maps while working with the NGSA as a technical advisor and the 1:100 thous and scale litho-structural mapping under the MINDIVA program.

Dr.Crowe was a former Principal Geologist for Fugro Airbourne Surveys, a director and Principal Geologist in an exploration consultancy firm in Perth and a Technical Advisor to the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency. He is currently the Chief Geologist of Titan Minerals Ltd.

Dr.Crowe is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is a JORC compliant Competent Person for the reporting of mineral exploration results.

Mr. Ope-Oluwa Fadipe is a geologist with master’s degree in Mineral Exploration and over 20 years of professional experience working in the majority of Nigeria’s Basement and Sedimentary terrains.

He has a vast technical background in geological mapping, geochemistry, structural interpretation, drilling, mineral estimation and database management. He is a member of several professional bodies including the NMGS and a registered member of the COMEG.

Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in Nigeria and the West African regions for over 27 years based centrally as a resident in Nigeria, he has invaluable local in-country knowledge in the Nigerian Extractives Industries, and extensive management and leadership qualities. He has a degree in Chemical engineering.                                    

Mr. Joseph is a former Executive Director of Kogi Iron, and CEO/Managing Director of KCM Mining Limited (Nigeria) currently Regional Consultant for KCM Mining Iron Ore Project in Agbaja Kogi State and has been a board member/advisor of various international and local mining companies, based both in Australia and Nigeria.

Mr. Joseph started his earlier career with Haliburton Oil Services and his early days in Nigeria, was as the operational director at Oando plc.,Nigeria’s largest indigenous oil company. Mr. Joseph has senior level of experience in all aspects of health safety and environment and continues to manage local in-country communities’ responsibilities and legal requirements to both an international and local standard.  

Mr. Joseph has extensive connection to Nigeria as he is married to an African Princess from Isale – Eko of the Bombata-Fashina, Ologun Kutere Dynasty.

Mr. George is a geoscientist by profession, with over 30 years’ experience in global mineral exploration, development and financing. Mr. George has a long history in South America, having managed, assessed, and financed projects and companies in a range of countries across the continent. Currently Brad is focused on managing gold and base metals exploration projects in West Africa and therefore offers broad and specialized skills in mineral exploration across the developing world. In addition, Mr. George spent several years as a rated mining analyst in London, focusing on AIM listed miners and thus has a sound understanding of capital markets and financial management of exploration, feasibility and development programs. He is the CEO and director of Toronto and London listed Orosur Mining Inc.

Mr. George is resident in Perth, Western Australia, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and is a JORC Competent Person for the reporting of mineral exploration results.

Mr. Abubakar has over 12 years professional experience of intense exploration activities on the Sedimentary basins and Basement complex of Nigeria

Expert in Geochemistry, Geophysical data acquisition, Geological mapping, Trenching, Well logging and interpretation, Structural analyses and Geological field activities managements including public relations. Corporate member of COMEG, Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society(NMGS).
